Start with a shared design and a simple roster
Send your logo, brand requirements, preferred material and card quantity. Prepare a roster with the name, job title, phone, email, website and profile links for each person. Double-check spelling and which details should be public.
Decide which information is engraved and which belongs only on the digital profile. A consistent logo layout can tie the cards together, while each tap opens the assigned person’s contact details. Keep the team roster current while proofs are being prepared.
- Choose Metal or PVC and confirm the quantity.
- Supply usable logo files and any brand rules.
- List the correct profile information for every card.
- Assign someone to review the design proofs and names before engraving.
Approve the proof before cards are made
Pick Card prepares the custom design and asks for approval before engraving in Vancouver. Check the physical artwork as carefully as the digital roster. A changed online phone number is easy to update later; a name engraved on the card remains there.
For a team, it helps to have one person gather corrections into a single list. Approve the final layouts before production so everyone’s card follows the same design decisions.
Choose the material around how the team works
Metal costs $100 USD per card and uses custom laser-engraved stainless steel. It includes NFC, an engraved QR backup and a separate $25 USD Review Card with each Metal card. PVC costs $75 USD per card and is a lighter engraved option with NFC and a shareable profile link. Prices exclude tax and follow the shipping destination.
Both open a digital profile on a compatible NFC phone without a Pick Card app. Both include free profile detail updates and no recurring subscription. Ask Pick Card to confirm the total, quantities and shipping for your team order; this guide does not assume a volume discount.
Plan for updates and reassignment
A new role, email address or website can be changed on the digital profile free, forever. Team cards can also be reassigned to a different person. The online assignment changes; the physical engraving does not.
If you expect a card to change hands, consider a brand-focused design instead of engraving an employee’s name. If individual names are important to your presentation, account for a new physical card when that person leaves. Free digital reassignment cannot remove old engraving.
Keep networking and customer feedback clear
For sales, founders and client-facing staff, Metal or PVC shares the person’s digital profile. For service teams asking for feedback, the separate Google Review Card opens the business’s Google review page. Give each branch or crew the correct review destination and test it before handing it out.
The offer here is physical cards, individual profiles, free detail updates and reassignment. If you need a CRM integration or a specific enterprise workflow, discuss it before ordering rather than assuming it is part of the cards. A clear specification makes the order easier to get right.
A couple of common questions
Is there a monthly fee per employee?
No. Pick Card is a one-time purchase with no subscription. Profile detail updates and digital reassignment are included; replacement physical cards are separate purchases.
What happens to an engraved name when a card is reassigned?
The original engraving remains. The digital profile can change, so choose a brand-focused design if the card is intended to be reused by different team members.
