After you order, we prepare a design proof from the logo and details you send. Revisions are free until you approve it. Nothing is engraved until you approve the proof, and your approval confirms the spelling, details and layout shown on it.

Engraving is a physical process, so the finished card can differ slightly from the on-screen proof in tone, contrast and fine detail, depending on the material.

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every logo, trademark, image and piece of text you ask us to engrave or publish on your profile. We may decline an order or remove profile content that infringes someone else's rights, impersonates another person or business, or is unlawful, misleading or offensive.

Prices are shown in CAD for Canada, GBP for the United Kingdom and USD elsewhere. Final currency and prices follow your shipping address at checkout; applicable taxes are confirmed before you pay. Payment is due when you order. Each card is a one-time purchase: there is no subscription for your digital profile.

Approved cards are engraved and dispatched within 3–5 business days, and delivered by tracked shipping. Carrier transit times are estimates and are outside our control. See the Shipping policy for details.

Because every card is engraved to order, cards that arrive as approved and working are final sale. Defective, damaged or non-working cards are replaced free. See Returns & quality for how to make a claim.

Your card opens a Pick Card digital profile, which you can update for free from your dashboard for as long as we operate the service. We may suspend a profile that breaks these terms or is used for spam, fraud or abuse.

Tapping requires a phone with NFC turned on. Phones without NFC can use the engraved QR code on Metal cards or the profile link.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost business. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. We may update these terms; the version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
