Every Pick Card is engraved to order in Vancouver. Here is exactly what happens between placing your order and holding your card.
After you order, we lay out your logo and details and prepare your design proof within 2 business days. Open My orders & proofs in the browser you used to order, then confirm your email to approve your proof or request changes. Nothing is engraved until you approve it, and revisions are free until it looks right.
Once you approve the proof, your card is engraved, its NFC tag is set up to open your profile and it is dispatched within 3–5 business days.
We ship worldwide. Standard shipping is a flat $20 USD per order. Expedited shipping is not available at this time. Your shipping address determines currency: CAD for Canada, GBP for the United Kingdom, and USD everywhere else. Available destinations and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout.
Estimated standard carrier transit within Canada and to the United States is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Transit is separate from proof preparation and the 3–5 business days after approval. Proof revisions, delayed approval, remote destinations and customs can extend the overall timeline. Transit to other countries varies by destination. International orders may be subject to customs delays and import duties or taxes charged by the destination country.
Team orders come on a single invoice, and each person gets their own card and profile. If you need cards by a specific date, tell us when you order at orders@pick-card.com so we can plan around it.
