Before you choose.

Does my client need to download an app?

No. They tap the card with their phone and your profile opens in their browser. Works on iPhone and Android - no app, no sign-up. If their phone doesn't support NFC, there's an engraved QR code on the Metal card as a backup.

Can I update my details after I order?

Yes, free, forever. Change your phone number, email, website, socials, or job title anytime - the card stays exactly the same. Use Edit my card to update your digital profile. Contact us if you need help.

Is there a subscription?

No. Pick Card currently has no subscriptions or recurring fees. You pay once for your card. New physical artwork or a replacement is a separate order.

How long does it take to get my card?

You'll get a design proof within 2 business days. Once you approve it, cards ship in 3–5 business days. Worldwide shipping is a flat $20 USD per order. See our shipping policy for details.

What if I don't like the design proof?

We revise it until you do. You approve the final design before we engrave anything, so there's no risk of getting a card you don't want.

Do you do team orders?

Yes. Every employee gets their own card with their own details and profile, all on one invoice. If someone leaves the company, you can reassign their card to a new hire for free.

What is your warranty policy?

Cards are engraved to order and final sale. Defective cards are replaced free of charge. If your card arrives damaged or the NFC chip doesn't work, contact us at orders@pick-card.com and we'll make it right.
