What is the Metal card actually made of?
A black anodized aluminum body. Its NFC chip is a separate piece attached to the back, alongside an engraved QR code that opens the same profile. See the card up close ↗
What can I change after ordering?
Your digital phone number, email, links and other profile details can be updated for free. The engraving is permanent, so check your physical design carefully before approving your proof.
Is there an app or monthly fee?
There’s no profile subscription. Recipients don’t need an app: your profile opens in their phone’s browser. Tapping requires a compatible NFC phone; the Metal card also has an engraved QR backup.
Who do I contact if something isn’t right?
Email orders@pick-card.com with your order details. For a quality issue, include a photo of the card. Damaged cards, faulty engraving and NFC defects on arrival are covered by our free replacement policy.
